1. القبول | Acceptance
باستخدام موقع TRIKO أو إرسال طلب وصول، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.

2. خدمات TRIKO | TRIKO Services
تقدم TRIKO حلولًا تقنية تشمل الأنظمة الذكية، التجارب الرقمية، والحلول التشغيلية. وقد تختلف الخدمات ونطاقها بحسب كل مشروع أو اتفاق.
TRIKO provides technology solutions including intelligent systems, digital experiences, and operational solutions. Services and scope may vary by project or agreement.
3. طلبات الوصول | Access Requests
إرسال طلب الوصول لا يعني القبول التلقائي أو إنشاء علاقة تعاقدية. تراجع TRIKO الطلبات وتتواصل مع الجهات المناسبة لاستكمال الخطوات التالية.
Submitting an access request does not guarantee acceptance or create a contractual relationship. TRIKO reviews requests and contacts suitable applicants regarding next steps.
4. الاستخدام المقبول | Acceptable Use
يجب استخدام الموقع وخدماته بصورة قانونية ومشروعة. ولا يجوز إساءة استخدام الموقع، محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرح به إليه، أو تقديم معلومات مضللة عمدًا.

6. الخدمات والاتفاقيات | Services & Agreements
أي مشروع أو خدمة يتم الاتفاق عليها مع TRIKO تخضع لنطاق العمل والشروط التجارية والاتفاقيات المعتمدة لذلك المشروع بشكل مستقل.
Any project or service agreed with TRIKO is governed separately by its approved scope of work, commercial terms, and applicable agreements.
7. التحديثات | Updates
يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، وتصبح النسخة المنشورة على الموقع هي النسخة السارية من تاريخ تحديثها.

8. القانون المعمول به | Governing Law
